A Clear Review Process
Describe the Application
Tell us what you need to dispense, coat or inspect, and identify the workpiece and expected production flow.
Review Technical Inputs
Provide board or module dimensions, material or inspection requirements, line interfaces and acceptance criteria. Agree any sample-handling requirements before shipping.
Define the Evaluation
Agree test items, sample quantities, measurement methods and the information needed to decide whether the configuration is suitable.
Confirm the Project Scope
Record the selected equipment, options, utilities, installation responsibilities, training and acceptance plan in the quotation or project specification.
Prepare the Right Inputs
Dispensing / Coating
- Workpiece dimensions, material application areas and keep-out boundaries.
- Material data sheet, viscosity, filler content, pot life and mix ratio where relevant.
- Deposit or coating targets, curing process and inspection requirements.
AOI / SPI
- Board dimensions, component heights, pad/stencil information where applicable.
- Representative good and defective samples or images.
- Required defect coverage, measurement limits, traceability and line interfaces.
Project Information to Review
- Production flow, target output and product-changeover requirements.
- Available site space, power, compressed air and other applicable utilities.
- Required data interfaces and records.
- Installation location, responsibilities, training and acceptance criteria.
Define Suitability Before Committing
An application discussion does not by itself confirm equipment suitability. Agree any trial method, sample handling, material qualification and acceptance plan before treating a configuration as validated. Please confirm arrangements with JCX before sending physical samples.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I start without a selected model?
Yes. Describe the process and workpiece. Use the model comparison and selection briefs to prepare the discussion; the final configuration is agreed after technical review.
Can standard equipment handle every adhesive or defect?
No. Material properties, valve choices, optics and access affect the result. Define the actual process or defect requirements rather than relying only on the equipment family name.
What happens after the review?
The next step may be additional information, a defined evaluation or a quotation with the proposed equipment and options. The scope and timing depend on the application.
